W hotelu panuje rodzinna atmosfera, co widać i czuć zarówno w recepcji jak i restauracji. Hotel na odludziu, z kiepską drogą dojazdową. Do najbliższego sklepu konieczny dojazd samochodem. Pokoje skromne, w góralskim stylu, ale czyste i przytulne. Pokój z balkonem z którego roztacza się fantastyczny widok na góry. Mocną stroną jest gastronomia. Zarówno śniadania jak i pozostałe posiłki smakowały wybornie. Placki ziemniaczane z zupą chrzanową były wyborne.

Hotel trochę na odludziu ale ładnie położony pod stokiem góry. Większość pokoi ma przepiękny widok na Tatry,kilka na stok Kozińca ,pasace się zwierzęta. Pokoje ładne,wygodnie urządzone z czyściutkimi łazienkami( mydło w płynie, suszarka do włosów,ręczniki) Jest czajnik,szklanki , telewizor - odbiera program jak to w górach adekwatnie do pogody. Przy hotelu czysty basen do pływania,brodzik dla dzieci i niecka pod wodospadem z obecnie nieczynnymi gejzerami. Są dostępne leżaki boisko do siatkowki, mini plac zabaw, kort tenisowy. W spa czynna tylko sauna i masaże ,jakuzzi nie działa. Hotel ma windę i jest dostosowany dla niepełnosprawnych. Restauracja serwuje przepyszne śniadania oraz na życzenie obiadokolacje. Potrawy są świeże i bardzo smaczne.Atutem hotelu jest sielska rodzinna atmosfera. Właściciele i obsługa bardzo serdeczna, pomocna,życzliwa. Pewnym utrudnieniem jest teraz dojazd do hotelu ponieważ w przebudowie jest droga z Białki Tatrzańskie i Bukowiny do Czarnej Góry więc nie kursują lokalne busy. Niezmotryzowani goście mogą liczyć na pomoc właściciela. Polecam ten hotel tym którzy pragną sami lub z rodziną i domowym zwierzakiem ,świętego spokoju, luzu,czystego powietrza, nieba pełnego gwiazd.
